We offer a number of additional services at an extra cost:

• Energy Performance Certificate - £90 inc VAT
• Rightmove Premium Listing - £100 inc VAT
• Unlimited Accompanied Viewings - £150 inc VAT
• Enhanced photo's/slideshow - £100 inc VAT
• Floor Plan - £75 inc VAT

50% of whichever package you go on will be due up front (as well as the cost of any chosen extras), with the remaining 50% payable upon completion.

Our standard fees are detailed below, should you wish to consider a “No Sale, No Fee” option.

Competitive Fees

Moving home can be expensive, and we know that everyone wants to make sure they are getting true value for money. Most importantly, we don’t hide our fees like other agents! If you instruct L & S Prestige Estates to sell your property you can expect to pay the following:

For houses up to the value of £300,000 - £1,995 inc. VAT
For houses over the value of £300,000 – 1% of the eventual sale price + VAT

We tailor our service to match your individual needs, but you can expect the following as standard:

• A realistic property valuation.
• Online advertising on a range of portals including RIGHTMOVE and ZOOPLA.
• Newspaper advertising.
• “For Sale” Board.
• Prominent shop front advertising.
• Accompanied viewings, as and when requested.
• Full management of the sale process.

We offer a “one stop shop” to all of our vendors, including offering access to an Independent Financial Advisor and a carefully selected panel of Solicitors.
